A couple cool texture programs that are FREE!

This is a repost from the official forums entry I made and I think I may have put these in the Textura Group here on OLX too.

I use a great free program to crop photos, add text and even put little additions like picture frames on them. This would be great for someone that wants to make posters of items you sell but don't want to open a resource heavy program like Photoshop.
