Snow on Earandilor, Valinor Regions
Winter has come to The Valinor Regions: after a few weeks of frost did the first snow arrive and are our regions transformed into white and pure winterland. It has been a good year and reason for me to look a bit back in this post.
A lot of things has changed positively in that year: our grid grew fast and many functions improved significantly while many new features where added.
For the onces that are new on our grid I tell you this...one year ago:

thanks again for your purchase, I assume, you have bought the Syr-Dor columns. If you rez them, pleae consider, they tend to rez underground and you have to lift them in edit mode.... I am sorry, but I don't know how to change this behaviour (would love to do so). If they do not rez on ground, you need to cam below the surface and there you will find them. If you have any trouble after rezzing or not finding them, please call me for help......

OLPC Openlife Community
(From Digital Dreambuilder)
I have created a venue where OLPC developers or educators can meet in a virtual environment, regardless of their physical location on the planet - the OLPC Centre on the Openlife Grid.
I am opening up the OLPC Openlife center as a place for any OLPC and XO developers and educators to meet. Although the location is virtual the immersive experience of 'being present' is there.
