Today I was exploring and decided to run by and check out the progress our friend Surreal Numbers is making on his four regions that comprise Over The Rainbow. Mainly I was interested in the newest build he has been working on. A beautiful building that wraps around a platform in the sky that you can get to via teleport from ground level. It is housed on Over The Rainbow 3.

There is a problem with male meshes that does not appear in the female ones.This is not an OLG issue as it originates with the LL male mesh that is years old.
Male skins tend to have a line in the back at about shirt level. This is not always the case but more often it is then not.

I bought some credits awhile back to take care of uploads and have some pocket change but until today I hadn't made any purchases. I have made some sells (thanks!) on the jewelery but I am taking a different path for my creation and selling at the moment.

Sakai and his team have put in over 31 hours straight with no sleep or breaks to bring us the new updates. As you can read in the poke, they are taking a break now and coming back later to finish things.

With the mass exodus of Second Lifers to OpenLife the question that comes up most often is how can I get my creations from SL to OLG? At this time if it is prim based objects the only solution I am aware of is Second Inventory. Bots cannot connect to OLG, but this software is allowed.
A word of advice: PLEASE only transfer items you created or that you have permission by the creator to transfer. This is better for us all that you do this and besides it is against the OpenLife TOS to upload stuf… Continue

When I first decided to make a blog I decided very early on that I am not going to worry about traffic and popularity. The blog was totally made as a hopeful help for people and just to discuss some of my observations.

I have created a venue where OLPC developers or educators can meet in a virtual environment, regardless of their physical location on the planet - the OLPC Centre on the Openlife Grid.
The Openlife Grid is a virtual world (Opensim architecture) that allows people to meet and interact in a virtual environment. In that environment your presence is represented by a character on screen (avatar).
I am opening up the OLPC Openlife center as a place for any OLPC and XO developers and educators to meet. Although the location is virtual the immersive experience of 'being present' is there.
