Shopping in OLG is fun!

I bought some credits awhile back to take care of uploads and have some pocket change but until today I hadn't made any purchases. I have made some sells (thanks!) on the jewelery but I am taking a different path for my creation and selling at the moment.

One thing I need to do is set up a photo studio for taking shots of the items I will be offering soon. By the way, for those of you who need a quick and easy solution for setting up a photo studio check THIS LINK out for tips on how my friend, Sarah Nerd did it in Second Life. Warning, there are a couple risque pictures towards the bottom (not that I am complaining) where she shows off how well it works.

The other thing I was concerned about was having some poses that will fit the style. As luck would have it Tom Shoes (or Tomtom as we know him) released some animations today on Eden Island and one in particular "At The Wall" is perfect for what I have in mind. . It is a very casual pose and very smooth. At C200 it was a bargain and it will get lots of use in the future. :) Here are a couple screen shots of me using it. He has them listed here on OLX too

I will do reviews of items I buy (please understand I am not a professional reviewer and do not send me items to review this is just me talking about something I found to be very cool) that I find particularly cool or useful. This was my first purchase and it was fun to find his thread and then go into world and meet him and buy his animation. You would think after thousands of purchases over my years in SL that it would not be a big deal.. but this is fun! :)

mmmmm I don't understand why you did not do the review of your skirt. I feel the color works well with the blue of your shirt, not too sure on the texture. Myself I feel a lighter fabric would be better, but I think the whole look works....... hehehe........ looking good Mac.

Ty Sam! Nothing red and black yet. My wife is the builder of jewelery stuff and I talked to her a little and some pieces can be converted to red and black. Also all the jewelery is mod/transfer so if you like a piece but want to change a color just go for it. If you mess it up and need another copy let me know that too and I will take the old one back and give you a fresh set to work with. :)

Mortus, yes.. Rosa has some great stuff. I need to watch the classifieds more myself. I will be always first looking at the stores of the people who are part of the OLG and OLX community for my purchases.
